Info: Introduction & Module 1, How your Personality creates Your Personal Reaty
Info: Module 2, How do we Change? To change we have to become and think Greater then our Environment, think greater then our Body and think greater then Time.
Info: Module 3, in this module we will dive into what it means to live in survival (stress) or in Creation (flow), you learn what the 3 stressors are, how stress effects our body and more.
Info: Module 3, Your Three Brains, in this module you learn how you can get from Thinking to Doing to Being with your 3 brains. You learn what your 3 brains do and get aware of how to use them better.
Info: Module 5, the Formula for Change, in this module we teach the biological model for change, how meditation helps us to get beyond our analytical mind.
Info: Module 6, in this final module you learn how your brain waves operate, what stress does to your brain waves, and we do a meditation together.
