Mondays 7.30 - 9pm @ Dorchester Yoga Centre, Mixed Ability Vinyasa Flow

Tuesdays 9.30-11am @ Hazelbury Bryan Village Hall Mixed Ability Vinyasa Flow


Fridays 9.30-11am @ Online via Zoom and then all videos go onto a huge channel of online classes
