🌞 A Summer Solstice Women’s Wellness Retreat
Sunday 22nd June | 1:00 – 4:30 pm
Kilham Hall, Branton | £33.33 per person or £60 for joint booking

We’ll be gathering on the weekend of the Summer Solstice and International Yoga Day, to celebrate light, intention and the energy of the season.

Our afternoon together will include:
✨ Gentle, heart-awakening yoga
🌿 Cacao or tea ceremony with meditation & intention setting
📔 Journaling & reflection
🧘 Yin yoga & deeply restful Yoga Nidra
🌸 Seasonal refreshments and soulful touches
💛 A small gift and space to reconnect, restore and renew
