Empower World’s online coach mentoring programme is for people on the pathway to Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation. The mentoring is geared to support you to develop your coaching skills based on the 8 core competencies of the ICF (International Coach Federation) as well as build on your strengths as a coach, increase your coaching confidence and support you to find your own unique style of coaching.
This 10-hour programme prepares participants to take coach knowledge assessment (CKA) to gain their ACC / PCC level qualification with the ICF.
𝐏𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬:
To join the Empower World coach mentoring programme, you must meet the following requirements:
• Completion of a minimum 60 hours ICF approved coach training programme from either Empower World or another ICF approved company.
• Have clients to work with to practice and put into place what you are learning

Your mentor coaches throughout the programme are Empower World co-founders and ICF mentor coaches Jeanine Bailey and Marie Quigley.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
• 10 Hours of mentoring which meets the ICF credentialing requirements under the ACSTH route with two Master Certified Coaches (MCC) and coach mentors who have thousands of hours coaching experience and a 100% pass rate for coaches who have sat the Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA)
• Specific feedback on your areas of strength and development
• Peer-to-peer live coaching experience
• Triad coaching with your peers in between mentoring sessions
• Ongoing support from mentors, participants and coaches who have already been through the programme to continue to expand your coaching awareness
• Powerful exercises to solidify and expand skills
• Understanding the requirements for ICF certification application
• Understanding of the Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) expectations
• Seven hours of group mentoring online (maximum 10 participants in the group)
• Three hours of one-to-one mentoring on two of your recorded coaching sessions
• Access to recordings of your mentors coaching participants so you can learn the habits of coaching from highly qualified and successful coaches
• Experiential activities and journaling work to deepen your learning and get the competencies ‘in your bones’
