Upland Hills Health MMR vaccine clinic

Upland Hills Health is offering walk-in MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccine clinics at our Dodgeville and Barneveld locations to keep our communities safe amid rising measles cases across the nation.

Walk-ins welcome - Bring your insurance card

Please be aware, patients with Medicare should receive their MMR vaccine at the pharmacy, as it is only covered under their Part D benefits. Medicare Part B does not cover the vaccine in our clinics. If the patient has a Medicare Advantage Plan, the patient should contact their insurance to see if it will be covered at the clinic, as most of the plans will also deny.
