Harvest Master Plan, Southeast Annexation, and General Plan Amendment Project Draft EIR Scoping Mtg

This will be the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Scoping meeting for the Harvest Plan, Southeast Annexation, and General Plan Amendment Project, and will define what environmental issues must be addressed under the California Environmental Equality Act. Let’s make sure they have to hit every single painstaking detail.
