About the event

Forest Bathing & Ephemeral Art at Mueller State Park

Unwind and immerse in nature's joy and wonder through the wellness practice of Forest Bathing/”shinrin yoku”.

Join nature therapy guide, Jane, from Above the Clouds Forest Bathing, for this one mile, mindful journey to quiet the mind and awaken the senses. Also play with creating short term art using elements you find along your journey. The program will end with a peaceful forest tea offering.

This program will be outside and you will have the option to stand or sit throughout the experience. Some sit pads will be available or you are welcome to bring your own.

Bring water, a small backpack and rain gear. Recommended for ages 12 and up.

The program is free, but you must have a park pass to access the park.

Meet at Outlook Ridge trailhead.
