Qigong is a gentle practice combining a series of Movements, Breath, and Intention assisting the Body, Mind, and Spirit to cultivate Balance and Peace.
Despite its gentle nature, Qigong has been proven to have the potential to increase overall Vitality and Well-being.
This is a beginner class and is open to EVERYONE!
No props are needed. Traditionally a standing practice, all movements can be performed from a chair as well.
