Alexander Technique Classes

This is an opportunity to begin, or continue, your exploration of the Alexander Technique with Sandra Regan (Interactive Teaching Method, ITM Teachers' Association Member).

We will meet for 4 sessions on Thursday evenings at the All Saints Youth & Community Hall in Didcot, as follows:

Oct 23rd, 6.30 to 8pm
Nov 13th, 7 to 8pm
Nov 27th, 7 to 8pm
Dec 11th, 7 to 8pm

The Introductory Offer price is £50 for all 4 sessions.

This is for you if you're over 18 and interested in exploring ideas and principles behind how we use ourselves in activity. How we move and perform, in everything we do - walking, talking, standing, sitting, playing instruments or sport, singing, acting... We will start with some introductory concepts on Oct 23rd, and the opportunity for some practical demonstrations. Over the following weeks we will continue to explore those ideas in activities that you choose, with the support of the others in our small group.
