Alexander Technique Workshop - Didcot

Join Diana, Kate and Sandra to explore ideas and principles that help us to move more easily and with greater freedom in all we do.

Walking, talking, standing, sitting, playing sport, performing... everything can be easier than we usually allow it.

The fee is just £35 if booked by October 22nd, rising to £45 (booking deadline is November 1st).

The venue is a short walk from Didcot Station - a 40 minute journey from London Paddington and Bath, on the mainline to Cardiff and Bristol. Oxford is just 15 minutes. There's a free parking too.
