Over 4 Weeks you will learn mindfulness practices that will benefit your mental, emotional, physical health and general wellbeing.

• Stop rushing and know it’s OK to say no to things that leave you stressed
• Pull back from racing thoughts, a busy mind and concentrate on the present moment
• Work with menopause and the changes that it brings
• Stop living in the past, or constantly planning life days, weeks, months in advance.

You will learn both formal and informal meditations practices and I will guide you through different seated meditations each week.
