Youth Art Therapy Workshop

Join us in an experience that explores the connection between mental and physical wellbeing and art making. We will discuss the health benefits of art making and how to implement a creative practice into daily life as a means for self-reflection, relaxation, stress relief, and emotional regulation.

This free event is made possible through a Community Foundation grant, a generous private donation, and a partnership with Drug Free Dickson Coalition.
