What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient healing technique that channels universal life force energy to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It is a deeply intuitive and nurturing practice that anyone can learn, offering a beautiful path to self-healing and transformation.
What to Expect in Reiki Level 1:
Understanding the history and principles of Reiki
Learning how to connect with Reiki energy
Hands-on practice for self-healing
Techniques for grounding, energetic balance, and protection
Your Reiki Level 1 attunement and placement, opening you to the flow of Reiki.
Guidance on integrating Reiki into your daily life
All materials needed for the class will be provided, including lunch. At the end of your training, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 Certificate.
