Join us for the most iconic Hero WOD in the country — Murph — as we honor the life and legacy of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who gave his life in service during Operation Red Wings in Afghanistan. This workout is done by thousands of gyms nationwide every Memorial Day as a tribute to all fallen heroes.

Murph Workout:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
(Traditionally with a weighted vest, but we offer scalable options for all fitness levels — anyone can participate!)

💥 This is a FREE event. Everyone is welcome.
💦 After the workout, cool off with us at our Pool Party!
🥩 We'll provide the meat — just bring a snack to share and your favorite drink (BYOB).
