Erasmus Mundus is a fully funded international higher education program organized by the European Union for international students pursuing master’s and doctoral programs in Europe. The program requires a student to study in at least two different countries in Europe, rotating each semester. The scholarship provided covers full tuition fees, stipend, travel costs, and much more.
On the occasion of IEEE DAY 2025, IEEE NSU Robotics and Automation Society Student Branch Chapter, in collaboration with IEEE NSU Power and Energy Society Student Branch Chapter and IEEE NSU Student Branch is excited to announce a seminar titled “Road to Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree (EMJMD) Scholarship: Strategies for Successful Applications”. This session will discuss key aspects such as the application process, program structure, eligibility criteria, and scholarship benefits in detail.
Our speaker for the seminar is Mr. Mohammad Shafayet Hossain, an Erasmus Mundus scholar who is currently a Lecturer at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, North South University. He has completed his Master’s degree in Decentralized Smart Energy Systems (DENSYS) through the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Program, studying across KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden) and University of Lorraine (France).
This seminar will offer a comprehensive overview of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree (EMJMD) program, its global significance, and valuable insights for students aspiring to pursue higher studies abroad. The session will also highlight practical tips, application strategies, and first-hand experiences to help you craft a strong and successful application.
