Research Nest 2025 is here – a three-day offline workshop designed to empower 25 passionate medical and dental students from 10 institutions with essential research skills, practical insight, and global health perspective.
Organized by the Standing Committee on Research Exchange (SCORE), BMSS, in proud collaboration with the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), this initiative aims to promote Research Education, Open Science, and Meaningful Youth Involvement in shaping a stronger, evidence-driven health sector in Bangladesh.
🎯 Goal:
To elevate the research proficiency of undergraduate students — from understanding the basics to developing the confidence to start their own projects. This workshop will also foster youth-led innovation in healthcare through capacity building and collaborative learning.
What You’ll Experience:
✅ Step-by-step training on the fundamentals of research
✅ Fieldwork experiences shared by facilitators to offer real-world context
✅ Core understanding of research design, methodology, statistics & publishing
✅ Team-based research activities with publication guidance
✅ Skill sessions on leadership, communication & ethical research
✅ Exposure to research’s role in Global Health, UHC & SDGs
