🧩 Workshop Breakdown (Total: 90 minutes)
1. Icebreaker & Self-Connection – 10 minutes
• Quick group activity or guided reflection to open up and connect
2. Life Leadership & Mental Wellbeing – 20 minutes
• Self-discovery exercise
• Tools for emotional resilience and balanced living
3. Global Leadership (Climate, Rights, and Youth Role) – 20 minutes
• Short talk/discussion on current global issues
• Youth power and responsibility
• Legal and ethical awareness
4. Team Challenge & Leadership Pitch – 25 minutes
• Students split into small groups (4–5 per group)
• Discuss and present a short pitch for social impact
• Facilitator feedback
5. Recognition & Closing – 15 minutes
• Select and announce the GLTS Student Leader
• Invite volunteers
• Award certificates to all participants
• Group photo / wrap-up remarks
