We are delighted to announce that the DIU Inter-Batch Moot Court Competition 2025 is officially launching soon! Get ready to step into the shoes of a courtroom lawyer and test your legal acumen in one of the most prestigious events of the year organized by the Daffodil Moot Court Society (DMCS).
🧑⚖️ Why Participate?
The competition aims to develop your legal research, oral advocacy, and analytical thinking skills, while giving you a platform to showcase your talent. This year’s moot proposition challenges you to explore complex constitutional issues, focusing on fundamental rights under the Constitution.
📌 Eligibility:
Open to all undergraduate students of the Department of Law, Daffodil International University pursuing an LL.B. degree.
Cross-batch teams are not permitted. Teams must be formed within the same academic batch.
👥 Team Composition:
Each team must consist of 3 members:
▸ 2 Oralists
▸ 1 Researcher
All team roles must be finalized during registration.
If your team consists of members new to mooting, student mentors may be assigned by DMCS to support your journey.
🙌 Pre Competition Workshop:
Two workshops for the registered participants will be held prior to the competition so as to skill up the students participating at the competition.
