A nationwide HR-focused strategy making case competition designed to challenge how you think, strategize, and lead in real-world workplace scenarios.

This competition isn’t about textbook answers or sticking to one part of HR. It’s about understanding the big picture of how culture, leadership, talent, engagement, and innovation all come together to build better organizations. Whether you're already experienced in case solving or simply curious about the power of strategic HR, Advent HR 4.0 is here to push your thinking, grow your skills, and prepare you to lead with empathy and vision.

● Each team must have a minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 4 members.

● Team members from cross universities are allowed.

● Only undergraduate students are eligible to participate.

Get ready to submit your take on HR’s pivotal role in driving innovation and business transformation. This round assesses how well your team can approach strategic HR themes and present solutions that matter.

A tailored session to help refine your understanding of HR dynamics and competition expectations.


🔹 Semi Final (On Campus) – Ignition [5th July]


Innovation takes center stage as 24 semi finalist teams gear up to compete in an intense offline round at BUP on 5th July. This segment will test each team’s ability to think on their feet and develop forward-thinking HR frameworks to address emerging organizational challenges, highlighting strategic insight, creativity, and adaptability in real time.


🔹 Grand Finale – Implication Unfolds [9th July]

This final round is all about execution. Top 6 teams will dive into real-world implications of your strategies, present your case live, and face a panel of JUDGES ready to evaluate your depth, clarity, and impact.
