This presentation explores advanced imaging technologies that utilize a compact array of photosensors on a CMOS platform, integrated with innovative nanostructures that manipulate, trap, and slow down photons for AI-powered multidimensional ultrasensitive imaging. These systems can simultaneously capture spectral information, ultrafast temporal dynamics, and fine spatial details. We will demonstrate how the integration of AI and nanophotonics enables the development of miniaturized, high-performance imaging and spectroscopic systems, paving the way for innovative applications in healthcare, agriculture, security, communication, and beyond.
