Verapose Yoga and Meditation House, Dexter, MI
Course Description:
2,600 years ago the Buddha developed and shared teachings and practices that sought to free people from suffering. They addressed both the ups and downs of daily living and the deeper challenges awaiting us all. His methods survive to this day because they have improved the lives of practitioners worldwide.
This course will focus on the key components of the Buddha’s approach (Theravada tradition), setting participants on a path of transformation and greater peace. It is appropriate for both beginning meditators and those individuals with some meditation experience seeking to nurture their practice.

Whitney Prince lives in Dexter and has been meditating and attending Buddhist retreats since 2012. He has taught meditation at Chelsea Community Education and Eastern Michigan University.
