Balance Builders Yoga: Fun with Props! (Ages 8-12)

Ready to wobble less and whoa more? Join us for Balance Builders Yoga, a fun and playful class just for kids ages 8-12! We'll explore awesome yoga poses and learn cool tricks to find our balance using fun props like blocks, blankets, and maybe even a bolster or two!

This class will help you:

• Get Steady: Improve your balance and coordination in a fun way.
• Focus Your Mind: Learn to concentrate and stay present in each pose.
• Build Confidence: Feel strong and proud as you master new balances.
• Have Fun! Yoga can be an adventure, especially with props!

No yoga experience needed – just bring your curiosity and get ready to have a blast finding your inner balance!
