This summer the Detroit Public Library will be hosting, Vision to Learn mobile clinics at locations across the city.
Vision To Learn will provide Free Exams and Eyeglasses(if needed) for children and young adults, between the ages of 4-21 at the Chaney Branch location. Parents must accompany their child.
Only children whose parents sign and return the consent form can be seen by Vision To Learn. Please fill out the consent using the link below prior to your appointment.
