We are thrilled to be a part of this amazing event!
Several Detroit churches are combining forces with a host of local and regional musicians to create a spirit-filled event in Detroit this summer. The four-hour (1pm - 5pm), family-friendly and free festival will be held outdoors at the corner of Mack Avenue and Holcomb, and is open to everyone in the area.
Along with the musical performances, there will be refreshments available, a bounce house for the kids and opportunities to speak with the church leaders for encouragement and personal support.

Spearheaded by Pastor Raymond Willis (Willis Temple C.O.G.I.C.) and Pastor Henry Crenshaw (Mount Nebo M.B.C.), the pastors are bringing together other local churches and a variety of award-winning musical acts to create an afternoon festival filled with the music, message and fellowship they feel the neighborhoods around the area will enjoy.
MarQ Andrew Speck (festival music coordinator) explains the importance of the event. “This area of Detroit is ready for revival, both physically and spiritually” says Speck. “The hope for this first event is that we bring the congregations of the churches together with the local community to encourage, entertain and of course share the Good News of the Gospel, impacting their lives in a way that will stay with them long after the festival has finished.”
