Don't miss your shot! Come on down to the OAC on Nov. 7 for the Hunter's Harvest Tasting – an evening adventure for those 21 or older. Adventurous palates are required – our strolling tasting experience is wild game and harvest-inspired small plates, catered by The Mushroom Conservatory.
Take your shot in our shooting range, meet local vendors in hunting, angling and shooting sports, and explore the one-of-a-kind Outdoor Adventure Center.
Make sure your outfit is on point! We're offering a Best Dressed Competition in the following categories:
- Fancy Camouflage
- Best Blaze Orange
- Best Trophy Pose
About The Mushroom Conservatory
Founded by educator and mycologist Erin Hamilton, The Mushroom Conservatory highlights the depth of wild, foraged mushrooms and foods, crafting flavors that celebrate Michigan’s woods, waters and wild game. Erin also serves as president of the Detroit Institute of Gastronomy, bringing a culinary lens that connects flavor, science and stewardship of natural resources.

This is a 21 and older event; please provide ID at event check-in.
