Proposed New St. Rose Subdivision Planning and Zoning Meeting

VERY VERY INPORTANT PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING!
Thursday August 7th at courthouse at 6pm
This proposed subdivision will severely impact all residents of Dianne Place!
They are planning a cut through on Gene Drive and this will bring increased traffic.
Also this subdivision will use the same drainage pond we do which in my opinion will leave us will huge flooding issues.
You don’t have to speak at this meeting but we need to show our subdivision is not in favor of this and we oppose it!
If we don’t complain now we can’t complain later when it’s too late!!!

Anyone who absolutely cant attend can email me a letter to the Planning and Zoning and i will do what i can to get them into the record but im not positive I can.
