1 - 2:30 p.m. The Des Plaines Public Library is teaming up with the Taste of Des Plaines to host the Teen Summer Concert! Listen to local teen bands kick off entertainment for the day on our Main Stage.
3 - 4:30 p.m. Out Late - 90's, 2000's, and more
5 - 6:30 p.m. Fearless: A Tribute to Taylor - Swift's Greatest Hits
7 - 8:30 p.m. LOUDERNOW - Emo and Pop Punk
9 - 11 p.m. Hairbangers Ball - 80's Hair Rock
Taste of Des Plaines is a summer street festival with two stages for live entertainment, family activities, beer tents, local food vendors and more!
Taste of Des Plaines is a cashless event. Food and alcohol purchases will require a debit card, credit card, or a cashless mobile payment application (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Taste of Des Plaines will NOT sell or require tickets to purchase food and alcohol. Some artisans may accept cash.

Hairbanger’s Ball was established out of Chicago in 2001. What started off as a “What If” idea quickly turned this band into one of the most sought after “80’s Hair Rock Tribute Bands” in the United States. Performing over 150 shows a year for 15 years says it all. Their show is in high demand for club venues, private parties, and corporate events. This band has even been named “Best Rock Band” by the public in their hometown of Chicago.
