join Stephie, E-RYT 500 Kripalu yoga facilitator, for a donation based 45 minute all-levels yoga practice in the serene hidden oasis nestled in the heart of the urban jungle. practice will include mindful movement with breathwork and meditation woven throughout.
bring a mat or towel and any other props that might support your body and mind.
