Summer Potluck Social + Group Run

For over 40 years the Capital Striders has been an all-comers nonprofit running club for central Iowans! Join us at the Southwest Shelter at Water Works Park to celebrate another year of training together while we award our scholarship winners, share some exciting updates from our board members, and kick-off our sponsor group runs for the season with yard games and fun! All are welcome to join and bring a dish to share - we've got the main dishes and adult beverages covered!
