If you love shopping local, want to live more sustainably, or believe in supporting small food producers over factory farms, the Iowa Food Co-op is here for you! Come to our open house to learn more about how to shop online and become a member. We'll also have some exciting activities onsite for you to check out, whether you're already a member or not!

- Meet some of our producers who will be vending onsite
- Snack on samples and try a smoothie made on Eat Greater Des Moines' blender bike
- Bring a cookbook for our swap table and take a new one home
- Enter your name in a drawing for a free membership!
- Shop for locally sourced goods
