GONG ALONG CLASS

Tuesday, June 17 at 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m
Introductory class to learn to play the gong: We all just need to gong! We will share gong-playing techniques so you can learn about playing the gong! If you already have your own gong, please bring it (and any mallets you wish to use). If you don’t own a gong, you will be able to use one of the gongs in our collection. Sounds for the Soul players will share their tips and techniques in gong playing with you. You will get hands on experience playing the instrument, giving and receiving a mini gong healing session, and then we will join in playing a group gong meditation.
There will be opportunities to both give and receive the gong vibrations in this class. This will be a fun, empowering, consciousness expanding event which will raise your vibration!

At Sounds for the Soul, we periodically offer all night gong meditations. Students in this class may at some point be invited to play at longer gong meditations. We also help empower individuals to use
sound healing in their own self care program at home as well as attend our group events. You will learn techniques for your own self-care as well as giving a session to your friends or family members.
This class may be taken more than once and each time will take you deeper into your connection with the gongs.
