Take off your shoes, take some deep breaths, and find your own flow in between the trees.
Set yourself free of judgement or expectations, and simply feel the music, listen to the earth, and connect with your own medicine. Ecstatic dance is substance free experience, so we ask you come sober. After we open, we ask that you also free yourself from small talk, or attachments to other peoples experiences.
Be you, and know that is enough in every moment. You can be still, or be wild, all is welcome.
Music will be curated to take you on a journey into yourself. Give it your all and we will close at 7:30pm. You may sweat, you may cry, and you may be able to move energy that words cannot.
