AViD Presents: Kevin Wilson

Kevin Wilson is the bestselling author of Now is Not the Time to Panic, Nothing to See Here, The Family Fang, and more!

He is known for his wild and zany stories that are full of heart. His new novel Run for the Hills (May 13, 2025), tells a raucous and moving story of an unexpected road trip across America that brings a family together.

All AViD events are free to attend and seating is first-come, first-serve.

Free parking is available in the Des Moines Public Library parking garage, located below the library on Grand Avenue, and on the surface lot on the corner of 10th St. and Grand Avenue, across from the library.

Doors will open at 6 PM and the author talk will begin at 7 PM.
