Irish Masters Presents: X-Ray’s Final Beach Ball at Fahan Marina
Saturday, 28th June 2025 | In Proud Partnership with the RNLI
Irish Masters is set to return this summer with a landmark event on Saturday, 28th June at Fahan Marina — X-Ray’s Final Beach Ball — a celebration marking the final North West performance of legendary DJ X-Ray. In proud partnership with the RNLI, this event is not only a tribute to a pioneering figure in Irish electronic music, but also a vital fundraiser for the lifesaving work carried out by the RNLI across Ireland’s coasts.
X-Ray, best known for his iconic residency at Kelly’s, played a pivotal role in shaping Ireland’s electronic scene during the 1990s. His sets alongside global heavyweights such as Carl Cox and Moby, and his influence through Harmony and Intelligence residencies, remain etched in the history of Irish club culture. Now, as he prepares to retire from live performance, Irish Masters honours his contribution with one final dance by the sea.
The event will feature a powerhouse lineup of DJs from across Ireland, including Jacko, Jay Kay, Neal McClelland, Bill-X, DJ Darren, Tony Watters, Gerald Curran, Wonka, Peter Lynch, and Joe Cosgrove. Together, they will deliver an unforgettable day of music set against the stunning backdrop of Fahan Marina.
Irish Masters is proud to raise funds for the RNLI, whose work is deeply valued by the coastal community. A portion of proceeds will go directly to the charity raising awareness for maritime safety.
The event runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and is open exclusively to attendees aged 30 and over. McMonagle’s Buses will be operating regular services from both Derry and Buncrana.
The Irish Masters Beach ball promises to be a brilliant event — honouring the past, supporting the present, and dancing into the sunset for a great cause. Tickets available via Irish Masters Presents: X-Ray’s Final Beach Ball at Fahan Marina
