🥊 New Beginnings – Beginners Kickboxing Course 🥊
West Bank Kickboxing Club is proud to announce a 5-week Beginners Fundamentals Kickboxing Course, designed for those with little or no previous experience.
Over the 5 weeks, participants will learn the core fundamentals of kickboxing, including stance, movement, punching, kicking, and basic combinations. Training will focus on pad work, bag work, and core strength & conditioning, helping you build fitness, coordination, and confidence from week one.
👉 There is NO sparring involved in this course, making it ideal for beginners who want to learn technique, get fit, and enjoy training in a safe, supportive environment.
All sessions are coached by our fully qualified and experienced coaches, with an emphasis on correct technique, safety, and steady progression.
