Guided by the team at Hot Yoga Derry, this class will introduce you to a new way of moving, breathing, and connecting with your body in a heated environment that helps improve flexibility, strength, and focus.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to try something different, this session is designed to be welcoming and supportive. You’ll join others from the Derry Meet Ups community in a relaxed, social setting, making it the perfect opportunity to meet new people while trying something fresh.
