�FOYLE ADVENTURE CHALLENGE

�Lough Foyle
Seamus McCloskey has set himself a mammoth challenge to complete a multi-discipline lap of Lough Foyle on 14th September, taking Paul Lynch along for the ride! �
Starting with a 45km cycle � to Magilligan, followed by a 2km kayak �across Lough Foyle, and finishing up with a 36km run � from Greencastle back to Derry.
A big undertaking to raise funds for four local charities:
Foyle Down Syndrome Trust
Foyle Hospice
ARC Fitness - Addiction Recovery Coaching
Air Ambulance Northern Ireland
