Mosaic Mornings

A unique class to help you start your week with calm & clarity. The class includes elements taken from the famous ‘Miracle Morning’ but with a Mosaic twist;
Movement, Observation,Silence, Awareness, Intention and Commitment. Includes gentle stretches, journaling, meditation and goal setting. This is for anyone that is feeling overwhelmed, anxious or wants to break the cycle of procrastination. Led by the fabulous Emma from Vital and Strong.
