Tang Dynasty (618-907):

Song Dynasty (960–1279):

● Song Dynasty dian cha (點茶): Ever wondered where matcha began? Walking into the history ofDian Cha—ancient China’s “latte art on tea,” an elegant ritual that inspired Japan’s matcha tradition.
