Summer Solstice Workshop
Join me Thursday, June 19 6:30pm-8pm for a Summer Solstice Workshop at Moorhead Rec Center to honor the light and warmth from the longest day of the year.

We'll start with a gentle yoga flow, then have a yoga nidra session, and will end with time for journaling.
