This playful, 60-minute class combines grounding forest bathing meditation and a refreshing all-levels vinyasa flow—set in Bierstadt’s stunning indoor forest room in the heart of RiNo. After class, stay for a social sip session with fellow singles and maybe meet your plant mate.
