In this workshop, we will slow down, reflect, tune in, and reconnect - bringing greater awareness and clarity to the mind, body, and spirit.
We will explore tools like journaling to process thoughts, the eye movement exercise (derived from EMDR) to release emotions, herbs to enhance awareness, creative expression through art, and space for sharing to foster deeper connections with yourself and others.
It’s a day to pause, reconnect, and reset - just for you.
