Welcome to the Root Chakra Class!
Join us at Afro-Tantra for a transformative experience focusing on your Root Chakra. This class will help you cultivate an awareness of your body's roots and connection to nature.
The muladhara is the first chakra, which allows you to feel grounded and anchored to Mother Earth, which can foster a sense of stabilization. When it's deficient, you may feel a disconnection from the world, a lack of boundaries, and general anxiety.
Through pranayama (breathwork) and asana (yogic postures), this class aims to further enhance your connection to nature, Mother Earth, and feel stabilized in your body in the present moment.
