Through physical, online, and on-demand classes we aim to QTBIPOC folk feel more in touch with their bodies and grounded in the root of Mother Earth,a connection to pleasure(sensuality) and play with their inner child, grounded in their sense of self and the intersections of their sexuality/gender, an opening of the heart to hopefully experience the fullness of life, the opportunity to experiences new levels of vulnerability, and deeper connections with self, others, and the divine, an opening of the throat to let the spirit talk rather than just the ego or anxiety, and to tap into a connection with the divine, whether that be a deity, nature, or the divine self, either to create it, cultivate it, or add layers to it.
