Self-Regulation & Spiritual Womb Activation is a practice of easeful embodiment.

As the physical manifestation of the Divine Feminine Principle, the Womb Holder who is accompanied with a regulated nervous system and body awareness + connection, allows themselves access to the ancient technology of the body.
