Goodwill North Central Texas, in collaboration with the Denton Municipal Court, is proud to announce an Expunction and Court in the Community event. The event will take place on Wednesday June 25, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 2030 W. University Dr., Denton, TX.
Expunction Clinic
Goodwill will assist the first 50 individuals who pre-register at no cost with the following services: (Must enroll as a Goodwill client to receive free expunction services.)
Checking criminal records
Assessing qualification for expunction
Generating necessary legal documents
Filing documents directly with the court
Removing records from hundreds of databases

Court in the Community
The Denton Municipal Court will host a Safe Harbor event, ensuring that residents can address outstanding warrants without the fear of arrest. Attendees seeking payment alternatives should bring all pertinent documents. Services include:
Time Served: Please bring your booking in and out paperwork.
Community Service/Indigence: Documentation proving inability to pay fines.
Time Payment Plans
All participants must bring two forms of identification.
