Meet Your Facilitators
Dr. Rachel Sims is a licensed therapist, owner of Uncomplicated Therapy, best-selling author of Are You Love Smart or Love Stupid, and certified somatic trauma-informed breathwork and certified 9D Breathwork facilitator. With over a decade in mental health, trauma work, and emotional reprogramming, she brings clinical precision, heart-centered care, and spiritual depth to every session. As co-founder of Breath by Design with her mother Lisa, she has helped hundreds rewire limiting beliefs and reconnect to their inner wisdom.
Brittney Witt is a seasoned licensed somatic massage therapist with over 13 years of experience in craniosacral therapy, therapeutic massage, and energetic bodywork. Her deep understanding of the body's subtle energy systems allows her to gently guide clients through emotional and physical release using intuitive touch and vibrational sound healing. Certified in Holographic Sound Healing, Brittney integrates ancient frequencies with somatic techniques to restore harmony to the nervous system and reconnect the mind, body, and spirit. Her sessions offer a nurturing and transformative space where deep healing unfolds on both a cellular and soul level.
Lisa Young is a Certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki II practitioner, and co-founder of Breath by Design. With over 30 years in natural healing and a background in Oriental Medicine and corporate leadership, she blends energy work and breath to help others release trauma and reconnect to their true selves. Her journey from CFO to healer reflects her lifelong passion for transformation, both personal and collective.
Together, Dr. Rachel, Brittney, and Lisa offer a powerhouse fusion of science, spirit, and soul that sets this offering apart from any other experience in the region.
