What is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is an immersive journey through sound, vibration, and guided breath that taps into multiple layers of consciousness. Think of it like a hyperspace jump into self-awareness—your breath becomes the vessel for emotional release, healing, and energetic alignment.
What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is a holistic practice that uses vibrational frequencies to bring the body, mind, and spirit into a state of balance and harmony. The idea is that everything including your body has a natural frequency. When you're stressed, anxious, or unwell, your frequencies may be out of sync. It’s a gentle but powerful way to reset your system—without needing to do anything except be open!
What makes this event so unique?
We are gathering under the stars literally. This is the first event of its kind inside a planetarium dome. As galactic visuals swirl above, you'll experience both powerful breath activation and cosmic sound immersion. It's a Star Wars-themed event that blends science, spirit, and sky.
What will the flow of the event be?
Arrival & Welcome: Arrive 15-20 min early to settle in, check in at the table. 9D Breathwork Journey (30 min): Led by Dr. Sims with Breath by Design. Celestial Sound Bath (50 min): Guided by Se7en Waves Sound Vibes, Leading Sound Practitioner Britt Witt. Integration & Closing: Gently return to Earth and ground your energy
What should I bring?
We will have some blankets there, but we recommend bringing your own blanket. Closed top water bottle. Open heart and willingness to travel among the stars
How are we seated?
Everyone is reclined to see the stars in the planetarium but you will not be lying down.

Yes there are facilities in the building
Parking information?
Yes there is parking all around the building. Before you enter you can grab the QR code on the sign and pay for parking

Sky Theater is inside the UNT Environmental Education, Science & Technology Building in Denton, TX. The exact address is 1704 W Mulberry, Denton, TX 75067. Parking info and entry details will be emailed after registration.
