NEW YEAR SADHANA | 5 early mornings of Yoga

5:30-7am

"Sadhana will transform you" (BKS Iyengar)

Sadhana means practice, it also means being on the path, practicing all the 8 limbs of Yoga.

So as we head into a new year, please join me for 5 mornings of learning more about the 8 limbs and how they offer a 'blueprint' for living a more vital, centred life.

Even if the outer world is in a mess, we can make sure we clean, polish and shine our inner world.
