This Saturday 10 May WA's best little cycling club heads back to breathtakingly beautiful Scotsdale Road, Denmark-Kwoorabup, for the Scotsdale Handicap road race, affectionately known as “The SCOTSDALE SLAM”.
The course begins near the corner of Scotsdale Rd and Howe Rd near Rockcliffe Winery travelling westward for 22km to the turnaround at Woylie Rd. Riders may be relieved to see the dreaded "teardrop" is not part of this course, but there is still plenty of Denmark's unavoidable elevation for the climbers to enjoy. The final 16km descends to the finish line at Howe Rd.
44 km. 521 m elevation gain. ALL BITUMEN.

To RACE, an AusCycling RACE ALL-DISCIPLINE membership or free trial licence or event licence is required.
